Responsibilities

To accomplish this we are seeking a senior level Customer Quality Engineer to join our group. In this role you will be responsible for:
· Europe customer quality engineering functions with automotive focus
· Represent the voice of your customer base within Marvell
· Manage customer requests including communication and follow-up to ensure compliance within Marvell
· Ensure customer specific requirements are documented and followed
· Coordinate customer visits and audits
· Track and ensure closure for all open customer actions
· Manage customer feedback/ppm/scorecard tracking
· Manage or coordinate customer communication for customer FA status and 8D reports
· Act as technical customer interface for all quality related questions/inquiries
· Coordinate quarterly quality reviews with key customers

Skills/Experience

  •  10+ years of experience in a quality, or product, or customer facing engineering role
    · 5+ years of experience in regional or key account customer quality
    · 5+ years of experience with Europe automotive Tier 1s and Tier 0s
    · Background in semiconductor manufacturing/assembly or product/test
    · Experience with PPAP process
    · Demonstrated experience with customer crisis management desired
    · Excellent written and oral communication skills
    · Proficient with MS Office & data analysis tools
